What is this exercise machine called and where can I find one?

Is there any such thing as an exercise machine where it’s the pedals of a bicycle and that’s all? I want to exercise by biking, but I don’t want to use an actual bike and I don’t want a stationary bike. Do they make the bike pedals so you can pedal in an ordinary chair? Does one even exist? If so, what’s it called.

    We frequently use these in the rehab setting for patients who are dependent on the use of a wheelchair or cannot transfer onto a traditional bike. A rehab supplier would be your best bet. Here’s an example:

    They make very simple non-resistive ones as well, but they do not give the average person a good workout. You really need to get one that will offer you resistance.
